
MEET MARY WILLIAMS, MA, LCADC, CCTP
Clinical Program Director/Freedom House Recovery Living.
Mary Williams serves as the Clinical Program Director for Freedom House Recovery Living, a program of The Brown Financial Freedom Foundation Inc.
With more than 17 years of experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and community-based support services, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and compassion to the individuals we serve.
Mary earned her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Delaware State University and later obtained her Master Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey. She is Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
Throughout her career, Mary has worked extensively with adults, adolescents, and families affected by substance use disorders, trauma, mental health challenges, and reentry barriers. Her experience includes clinical counseling, recovery planning, crisis intervention, treatment coordination, violence prevention initiatives, and community resource development.
Mary is passionate about helping individuals rebuild their lives through recovery, accountability, personal growth, and access to supportive services. Her mission aligns with Freedom House Recovery Living's commitment to providing safe housing, structured support, and pathways toward long-term success.
