The CEO is the Founder & Executive Director of Brown Financial Freedom Foundation Inc. A nonprofit organization dedicated to financial literacy, youth development, reentry support, and economic empowerment.

Blessin McCoy serves as the Treasurer and Independent Director, bringing strong financial oversight, governance integrity, and strategic accountability to the organization. In this role, she is responsible for financial stewardship, budget supervision, compliance transparency, and ensuring long-term fiscal sustainability aligned with the organization mission and growth objectives.
Known for her analytical mindset and leadership presence, Blessin McCoy plays a key role in strengthening financial systems, reviewing funding allocations, and maintain accountability standards across all departments and initiatives.

Jaclyn Pearson is the Secretary & Independent Director, responsible for governance documentation, compliance oversight, and maintaining accurate organizational records to support transparency and board administration.

Jaylin Billings is the Advisory Director. providing strategic guidance, program insight, and mission-focused advisory support to leadership and the board.
