The Second Chance Reentry Support Program is designed to assist individuals transitioning from incarceration into stable, productive lives. This program provides coordinated support services including reentry planning, mentorship, resource navigation, and referrals for housing, employment, and education.

Participants receive guidance in rebuilding their lives through structured support systems that address common reentry support systems that address common reentry barriers such as lack of housing, employment gaps, and limited access to resources. The program also focuses on family reintegration and community connection.

By offering a holistic approach to reentry, this program reduces the risk of recidivism and promotes long-term success, stability, and community reintegration.
